Start Halloween by cleaning up instead of just dressing up. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services is running a joint park, street and stream cleanup at Little Sugar Creek at Metropolitan, with volunteers picking up litter along the surrounding greenways, streets and the creek itself.
